We are a dropshipping store. All orders are processed through our international fulfillment partners.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

- United States: 8-15 business days

- International: 10-20 business days

These are estimated times, not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

CARRIERS

We work with YunExpress, Cainiao, USPS, UPS, and DHL. Your tracking number will show which carrier is handling your delivery.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be emailed to you at Luzensupport@gmail.com email address within 24-48 hours after shipment. You can track your package at 17track.net or the carrier's website.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR STALLED PACKAGES

- If your tracking has not updated in 15 business days, contact us at Luzensupport@gmail.com

- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours

- If confirmed lost by carrier, we will reship for free or refund

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable in case of return for change of mind.
